Description
Once a tri-peak mountain that resided at the heart of The Ash. The mountain was the initial resting place of the Demon Jaggeth, and the inception point of the spreading malady on Racinica.
The mountain goes by many names depending on who asks: the Welkin Hollow, Dusk Spine, The Teeth, or the Gray Peaks.
The Expedition traveled to the mountain in order to stop the Prime Demon from reclaiming his powers and user in another tomorrow for Klei. During the descent into the bowls of the world, the observations of Paolo Piranha showed that the mountain was in fact, the resting form of a Great Wurm, settled in the region at a point before even Jaggeth had supplanted his presence.
With the demonic root removed, the Great Wurm shook the very world to it’s core, and submerged into the land, to emerge and thrust the world into chaos in the before NL523.
